Presentation of the winning project

The presentation of one of the winning projects within the framework of the EU project “Participatory Principles for Guria Tourism Development Strategy” was held at the State Folklore Center.
Video Guide The revived museum, which was presented as a documentary, belongs to folklorist Maia Gelashvili and Avtandil Surguladze, director of the Guria regional office of the State Folklore Center.
The event was attended by representatives of local government and culture.
The project “Participatory Principles for Guria Tourism Development Strategy” is funded by the European Union, which is unprecedented and aims to promote tourism development in the Guria region. The project is implemented by the municipalities of Ozurgeti, Chokhatauri and Lanchkhuti together with two non-governmental organizations – the Civil Society Institute and the Center for Innovation and Civic Development – “House of Progress”.
